Intraoperative MRI (ioMRI) in practice

13 year old boy with headache: Low-Grade Glioma in the left cingulum and subcallosal area. Intraoperative MRI enabled nearly total subcortical resection. Small intended remnant in basal septum in vascularly dangerous area.
