Our BI 6 COMFORT Breast Biopsy coil is developed as an advanced MRI coil solution that offers you optimized workflows - whether using the coil for breast biopsy or diagnostics. The height-adjustable coil frame contains a 6-channel phased array configuration with high element density for high-resolution imaging.
The BI 6 COMFORT Breast Biopsy Coil and it's details are tailored to the needs of your patients: It has an integrated LED lighting system and a spacious lateral and medial biopsy access. Both the post & pillar method and the grid biopsy can be used, so you benefit from high accuracy, precise angulation and multiple access points.
The breast fixation usually works cranio-caudal, which reduces scan time and motion artifacts in axial slices. Thanks to the high-resolution imaging, you always get an excellent image quality with high homogeneity, including illumination of the axilla. The BI 6 COMFORT Breast Biopsy Coil thus offers you the flexibility to perform your biopsy in a patient-oriented manner.
